On the site of the former Truman Plaza in Berlin-Dahlem is the Fünf Morgen Urban Village – a residential area in the heart of Berlin modelled on a village. Comprising more than 100 residential units, including apartments, villas and penthouses, the village covers an area of around 50,000 square meters and at its heart is a near-natural lake surrounded by Scots pines. As with the exterior, the architects also placed great emphasis on the design of the interior of the residential units. For this reason, the architects and builders opted for an exclusive interior design concept in the bathroom, which led them to select the Dallmer CeraLine W shower channel. The channel, which can be custom-tiled, perfectly complements the stylish ambiance.
